YumZip does not own, operate, manage, control, prepare, package, store, deliver, or sell any food items or products listed on the platform.
Yumzip acts only as a technology intermediary and does not take responsibility for restaurant operations or order fulfillment.
1. Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation rules are determined by the respective restaurant or vendor.
- Once an order is accepted or prepared by the restaurant or vendor, cancellation may not be possible.
- YumZip does not guarantee order cancellation after confirmation.
- Customers are advised to contact the respective restaurant or vendor directly for cancellation-related requests.
2. Refund Responsibility
- Yumzip does not process, control, or guarantee refunds.
- All refund requests, approvals, and processing are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant or vendor.
- Refund eligibility depends on the vendor’s policies, order status, and nature of the issue.
- Yumzip does not intervene in refund decisions unless required by applicable law.
3. Delivery & Product Issues
Yumzip shall not be responsible for:
- Food quality, taste, quantity, hygiene, or safety
- Delayed, missed, or failed deliveries
- Incorrect, damaged, or missing items
- Menu changes, pricing errors, or availability issues
Any such concerns must be resolved directly between the customer and the restaurant or vendor.
4. Payments & Disputes
- Payments made through the platform are subject to vendor acceptance and processing rules.
- Yumzip shall not be held liable for chargebacks, refund delays, or payment disputes arising due to vendor actions.
- Customers must contact the respective vendor for payment-related concerns.
5. Platform Limitation
Yumzip acts only as a technology intermediary and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from orders placed through the platform.
6. Policy Updates
YumZip reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
7. Acceptance
By placing an order or using the YumZip platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
