Yumzip is a technology platform that enables restaurants to create and manage their own direct online ordering system.
Yumzip does not own, operate, manufacture, prepare, or deliver food products listed by restaurants on the platform.
All food preparation, quality control, hygiene standards, pricing, and delivery services are the sole responsibility of the respective restaurant partners.
2. No Food Liability
Yumzip shall not be held liable for:
- Food quality or taste
- Hygiene standards
- Food safety issues
- Delays in delivery
- Packaging issues
- Incorrect or incomplete orders
Any dispute regarding food or delivery must be resolved directly between the customer and the respective restaurant.
3. Payment Responsibility
Payments made through Yumzip are processed on behalf of the restaurant. Yumzip is not responsible for:
- Refund delays
- Restaurant cancellation decisions
- Pricing discrepancies
Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the restaurant’s individual refund policy.
4. No Guarantee of Revenue
Yumzip provides software tools to restaurants but does not guarantee:
- Sales volume
- Customer traffic
- Revenue growth
- Search engine ranking
Business performance depends on the restaurant’s marketing, service quality, and operations.
5. Third-Party Services
Yumzip may integrate third-party services such as:
- Payment gateways
- SMS providers
- Email services
- WhatsApp API
Yumzip is not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumzip shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid to Yumzip in the preceding 30 days.

While we strive to maintain accurate platform functionality, Yumzip does not guarantee that:
- The platform will be error-free
- Services will be uninterrupted
- All information displayed by restaurants is accurate
