Yumzip Technologies is looking for a Product Manager to help shape and improve our FoodTech SaaS platform for restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens and food businesses.
You will work closely with engineering, design and business teams to turn customer needs and business requirements into clear product features and scalable solutions.
The role involves product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, feature prioritization, user experience improvement and continuous product optimization across the Yumzip ecosystem.
• Own and manage product requirements from discovery through delivery.
• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and feature specifications.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to plan and deliver product features.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, business requirements, product strategy and technical considerations.
• Analyze merchant and customer feedback to identify product improvements and opportunities.
• Maintain and communicate the product roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements and resolve product-level questions during development.
• Review completed features and ensure they meet the defined requirements and user experience expectations.
• Monitor product usage, feedback and operational issues to identify areas for improvement.
• Help build scalable SaaS products and workflows for the restaurant and FoodTech ecosystem.
• Coordinate with business and operations teams to ensure product decisions support real-world merchant needs.
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, SaaS or a related technology role.
• Strong understanding of product development and software lifecycle processes.
• Ability to convert business and customer problems into clear product requirements.
• Experience working with engineering and design teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, SaaS products, digital tools and technology platforms.
• Ability to prioritize multiple product requirements and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of user experience and customer journey design.
• Experience with restaurant technology, FoodTech, SaaS or marketplace products is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
